Permanent role owning test and release for security migrations: ISTQB-based test management, runbook-driven cutovers, and the nerve to run a migration weekend.
Responsabilités
- Own planning, steering and control of test activities to a formal ISTQB-based test-management guideline
- Coordinate input from internal and external experts into one overall runbook
- Run checklist-based management of migration preparation windows
- Secure the test goal across time, quality and cost
- Plan and secure availability of test environments on a cost/benefit basis
- Plan and build releases taking dependencies into account; prioritise and quality-assure runbooks from a worklist
- Produce regular status reports and the final test report
- Prepare, minute and follow up committee meetings

Votre profil
- ~5 years initiating and steering tests and releases in projects longer than 12 months in heterogeneous system landscapes
- Leading and managing test / release teams
- Full test lifecycle: planning, design, build, execution, documentation, acceptance
- Test-environment, configuration and deployment management
- Test-management tooling (enterprise test-management suite)
- Domain exposure to authorisation management, security monitoring and incident management, network and operational IT security, asset management, threat intelligence and vulnerability management, application security
- German C1 or better plus good business English
Qualifications
- Degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
- Test-management certification desired (ISTQB)
- Experience supporting complex transformation projects with many stakeholders
- Willing to work migration windows outside core hours or at weekends
