Permanent lead role running procurement-support projects for public-sector IT service providers: large IT-service tenders, externalisation and operating-model change.
Key responsibilities
- Lead procurement-support projects for public-sector IT organisations end to end
- Steer scope, schedule, budget, quality and stakeholders across the tender lifecycle
- Advise on strategic direction and externalisation of IT services
- Manage the bid, negotiation and award workstreams together with the negotiation expert and PMO
- Report to client management and steering committees

Your profile
- 10+ years in functional management consulting for public administration
- 5+ years leading projects
- Public-sector IT-service consulting with project volumes above 15,000 person-days
- Strategic direction and externalisation of IT services
- German C1 or better
Qualifications
- Current project-management certification (SCRUM, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or SAFe), not older than eight years
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable
- Reference projects in federal, state or municipal administration
