Key responsibilities
- Design and run negotiation strategy for public IT procurement procedures
- Lead or co-lead negotiation rounds with bidders
- Work requirements, criteria and contract positions into a negotiable structure
- Document negotiation outcomes so they survive review
- Coach client negotiators and align with legal and procurement functions

Your profile
- Multi-year experience negotiating IT contracts in public procurement
- Public procurement procedure and contract-terms knowledge (EVB-IT and comparable)
- Requirements and criteria structuring
- German C1 or better
Qualifications
- Degree in law, business administration, computer science or comparable, or equivalent experience
- Reference negotiations for public-sector IT service providers
- PM or ITIL certification an advantage
