A cross-border delivery role bridging MeJuvante's Germany consulting team and India engineering team, keeping AI delivery projects on time, at quality and accountable across two time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery workflows between Bangalore engineering and Germany consulting
- Define and enforce AI-first release standards and automated QA gates
- Own incident escalation across India/Germany; maintain SLA adherence
- Translate German client requirements into structured delivery sprints
- Maintain real-time delivery dashboards (KPIs, SLAs, sprint progress)

Your profile
- 5+ years project or delivery management
- Agile and SAFe delivery; JIRA and delivery-tracking tools
- AI pipeline awareness; cross-cultural communication
- German and English fluent
Qualifications
- PRINCE2 or PMP preferred
- Experience in global delivery models
